Return & Exchange Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number required
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences
  • We’ll cover shipping costs for the replacement item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered products
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your graphic tee arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll send a replacement immediately (no return needed) or issue a full refund
